Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Asset Management will play a key role in optimizing the performance of a growing portfolio of multifamily assets across the Sunbelt. This position supports strategic decision-making through financial analysis, operational oversight, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment analysis, or related fields.

  • Portfolio Performance: Monitor property-level financials, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and maintain detailed models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Reporting: Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership and investors.
  • Capital Planning: Assist in evaluating CapEx projects and ROI analysis; track execution and spend.
  • Market Research: Analyze Sunbelt market dynamics to support rent growth, occupancy strategies, and underwriting assumptions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with property management teams, third-party vendors, and internal investment teams to ensure alignment on asset strategy.
  • Risk Management: Identify operational or financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in asset management, investment analysis, or multifamily operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with Yardi or similar systems a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
