You'll partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company goals.3 days onsite hybrid schedule in Los Alamitos, CA. $100k-$120k+ bonus and great benefits.Job DescriptionDesign, evaluate, and implement compensation programs including base pay, bonus plans, job leveling, and market benchmarkingLead compensation survey participation and analysis; maintain up-to-date market dataPartner with HR and leadership on job architecture and leveling frameworksSupport benefits administration, including open enrollment, vendor relationships, and plan evaluationConduct compensation and benefits analyses to support annual reviews, promotions, and job offersProvide consultative support to HRBPs and hiring managers around total rewards strategyHelp develop and implement scalable compensation policies and proceduresStay up to date on compensation trends, compliance, and best practicesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
