My client is a global leader in the ad tech space, working with some of the biggest names in the business. They are based in NYC and are requiring 2 days a week in office.

  • Lead a group of 5+ HR professionals
  • Cultivate a learning, listening team environment where members can develop and experience meaningful growth
  • Partner directly with senior executives and act as a true though partner
  • Be a member on the global HR team, helping to shape and guide HR initiatives
  • Assist in the defining and enabling of the company's talent assessment and management techniques, focusing on identifying and developing top performers across various business groups
  • Drive hiring ROI by improving onboarding experience of new employees, improve retention of existing employees through continued learning & development initiatives
  • Support a culture of performance management both in the HR and across the entire org, encouraging the recognition of success and management of low performers
  • Work closely with the other functional leaders of the HR leadership group to plan and execute talent acquisition plan, organizational development programs and analytics insights
  • Use metrics to track and communicate regional HR performance to business and HR leaders, refining metrics on an ongoing basis, based on value and applicability

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience as an HR leader, driving significant initiatives to support business success
  • Experience within ad tech, SaaS, or similar high growth industry
  • Global experience
  • Ability and desire to lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team of various levels
  • Strong understanding of HR strategy and business objectives, and the ability to translate data into insights and business results
  • Empathy coupled with practical problem solving and business savviness
  • Advisory skills proven through 1:1 coaching with business leaders, managers, and employees
  • Sense of humor
