Offering a collaborative and inclusive work environment with many opportunities for professional growth and development.Job DescriptionResponsibilities: * Oversee enterprise-wide IT Infrastructure.* Lead and manage the system administration, networking, operations and desktop support teams.* Ensure that the IT infrastructure meets best in class standards.* Setup and maintain the IT infrastructure such that systems have the best uptime rate possible.* Ensure that our infrastructure meets the cyber security requirements (SOX, CIS, CCPA, etc)* Communicates with IT and other departments as needed.* Assesses need for new equipment and software.* Prepares, maintains and reports to management on IT Infrastructure budget.* Hire new members of Infrastructure team.* Vendor relationship and management.* Establish and implement processes that improve efficiency and quality of output from the team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantRequirements:* Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years in Computer Science; or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Technical expertise in Windows, Linux, VMWare, iSeries, Networking, SAN, Switches, Firewall, Wifi and Access Points, etc.* Manage distributed infrastructure located in the cloud (AWS, OCI, Rackspace), on-premises and retail facilities.* Cloud migration and expense control/moderation experience highly desired.* Demonstrated success defining and delivering against digital product roadmaps.* Ability to partner with business leaders to define business needs and objectives including ability to communicate and influence.* Ability to identify, select and manage third-party service providers, including offshore augmented teams.
