Job Description



  • Serve as the primary HR partner to senior leaders across the global commercial organization


  • Drive and support strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives


  • Guide leadership on talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management


  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, etc.) to deliver scalable HR programs and solutions


  • Advise on global and regional employment matters while balancing local nuance with enterprise-wide consistency


  • Champion company culture and values while helping build inclusive, high-performing teams across markets


  • Analyze HR and business data to inform decision-making and recommend proactive talent solutions


  • Lead or support HR projects and initiatives related to commercial team expansion, global mobility, and integration across markets

The Successful Applicant



  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HRBP capacity supporting global commercial teams (sales, marketing, revenue, etc.)


  • Deep understanding of global HR practices and challenges, with strong experience supporting international employee populations


  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals


  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, build trust, and drive change in a matrixed organization


  • Experience with scaling and supporting high-growth teams and navigating evolving org structures


  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills


  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) a plus
