Job Description

  • Competitive Salary up to $250K annually
  • Align people strategies with business objectives across designated practice groups
  • Lead initiatives in talent management, employee relations, performance, and compensation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Professional Development, and Benefits teams
  • Drive change management and wellbeing strategies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform leadership decisions and enhance employee experience
  • Go on-site, 3 days a week to the NYC or DC office

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of HRBP experience in a law firm or professional services setting
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments
  • Strong background in employee relations, talent strategy, and organizational design
  • SHRM/HRCI certification preferred; Bachelor's degree required
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model with at least three in-office days per week
