• Research, design, develop, and execute DE&I strategies across the company to promote and foster an inclusive environment.
• Launch policies and processes around recruiting, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
• Create and run training sessions on diversity and inclusion.
• Use data and metrics to analyze trends and implement processes.
