As we continue to scale, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of HR Operations to lead and elevate our HR infrastructure and employee support functions. 5 days a week in office in Midtown NYC. $150k-$175k base + bonus. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role offering a competitive base salary with a substantial bonus structureJob DescriptionOversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of core processes such as onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and HR systems.Serve as subject matter expert on employment law, leaves of absence, and benefits administration-including managing fully-funded health insurance plans and employee education.Lead the immigration and visa process for employees (H-1B, green cards, etc.), working closely with legal counsel.Act as a trusted resource for employees, guiding them through benefits, policies, and leave-related matters with clarity and care.Develop and enforce operational best practices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all HR processes.Maintain and update employee data and records, ensuring data integrity across systems.Partner closely with senior leadership, legal, and finance to ensure alignment on all compliance and employment-related matters.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
