About Our Client

The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of 7 - 10 people including advanced manufacturing engineers, technicians, specialists, and operators. The Sr. Manufacturing Engineering will develop and implement manufacturing processes and standards for a manufacturing plant with over 250 employees. This person will report to the Director of Operations with high visibility to t the greater executive management team.

Job Description

Deal with APQP
Work within a contract manufacturing environment
75% Troubleshooting and Being on the Floor
25% NPI
Support all current and new product introductions.
Utilize LEAN or Six Sigma experience to maximize efficiency's
