Job Description

  • Oversee installation and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site.
  • Manage subcontractors and field crews to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
  • Conduct inspections and resolve issues related to MEP systems during construction.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align field activities with design requirements.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control for mission-critical facilities like data centers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated background overseeing MEP systems on large, complex construction projects, ideally within mission‑critical environments or data centers.
  • Strong track record of directing and coordinating subcontractors and field personnel across multiple project sites.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills for effectively partnering with project teams and resolving technical challenges.
  • Open to frequent travel throughout the nation and capable of adapting to diverse site conditions and project demands.
