Sr. PM - OSHPD - Palo Alto

• Lead and manage OSHPD construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee all phases of project planning, including resource allocation and risk management.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality across all construction activities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering professional growth.
