Sr. PM - OSHPD - Stockton

• Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure safety and adherence to plans.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Resolve project-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Mentor and support team members to promote professional growth and project success.
