Job Description

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP, and advanced planning systems (APS) to model and optimize supply chain scenarios.
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business strategies.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and root-cause analysis.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions using both quantitative and qualitative inputs.
  • Analyze production and supply chain data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend operational adjustments, forecast resource needs, and improve throughput.
  • Proactively identify gaps between supply, demand, and resource capacity; develop and implement action plans to ensure customer fulfillment and minimize disruptions.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.
  • Monitor real-time workflow and production processes to identify delays, constraints, or inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and sourcing to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and critical components.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to align production targets with operational capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
