Sr. Project Manager - Commercial Construction

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all financial objectives are met and costs are controlled.
  • Scheduling: Create, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the construction process.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing regular project updates.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, detailing progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.
