Job Description

  • Oversee site operations to ensure projects progress according to schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, managing workflows and resolving issues quickly.
  • Monitor quality control throughout all phases to meet strict construction requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a unit leader in large commercial construction projects with strong technical knowledge.
  • Experience managing $50M+ project(s).
  • Proven ground‑up project experience from start to finish
  • In-depth knowledge of safety standards and enforcement of protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain project time-lines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective coordination with clients and teams
  • Availability travel as required inside Texas
