Job Description

Oversee site operations to ensure projects progress according to schedule and budget.
Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, managing workflows and resolving issues quickly.
Monitor quality control throughout all phases to meet strict construction requirements.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Experience as a unit leader in large commercial construction projects with strong technical knowledge.
Experience managing $50M+ project(s).
Proven ground‑up project experience from start to finish
In-depth knowledge of safety standards and enforcement of protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain project time-lines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective coordination with clients and teams
Availability travel as required inside Texas
