Job Description

Manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships.
Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
