Sr. Project Manager - Luxury Custom Homes

• Manage all phases of luxury custom home construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and manage relationships with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
• Provide regular updates to clients, addressing concerns and maintaining strong communication.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
