Sr. Project Manager - Luxury Custom Homes

• Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of luxury custom home construction from pre-construction through final delivery.
• Client Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, maintaining clear communication and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Budget & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations for luxury finishes and design.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve seamless execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential issues early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
