• Understand and manage Owner Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders.
• Formulate and distribute Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
• Ensure a comprehensive grasp of project financials.
• Keep accurate and updated cost accounting forecasts.
• Review and authorize all subcontractor and supplier invoices and pay applications.
• Offer strong leadership throughout the construction process.
• Keep all parties informed about job progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Maintain daily communication with the Project Management team for scheduling and quality control.
• Verify adherence to project documents and timelines through mandatory job site visits.
• Coordinate punch and closeout procedures with Field Staff and Owner Representatives.
• Prepare and train team members for position advancement.
• Lead and approve design projects before distribution to internal and external clients, ensuring that the highest design standards are met.
