Sr. Project Manager- Multifamily/Retail Construction

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Prepare detailed project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
