Job Description

  • Lead project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource management
  • Take ownership of project performance: safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client satisfaction
  • Manage all phases of the project life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
  • Direct and mentor project teams, ensuring accountability and professional growth
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with functional leads and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for schedule, budget, and project status
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate construction risks
  • Manage project changes and communicate updates to appropriate stakeholders
  • Prepare clear, concise project reports to meet client requirements
  • Analyze issues and provide solutions to improve project outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of project management experience in utility, construction, engineering, or similar fields
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience acting as a client or firm liaison
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment



Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Engineering design experience
  • PMP certification
  • Construction or field experience
