Sr. Recruiter

As the Sr. Recruiter you will be responsible for the following:

• Find and attract qualified applicants for open positions.
• Review resumes, focus on skill matching to the requirements at hand and interview candidates until they find the right fit we are looking for.
• Develop recruitment goals and objectives; develop sustainable recruiting strategy based upon company's goals and needs; write and proofread job descriptions; and prepare reports on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
• Oversee a team of 2-3 recruiters
