Sr. Relationship Manager - Equity Prime Brokerage

• Effectively and efficiently respond to client inquiries regarding trade breaks, asset transfers, margin disputes, and corporate actions
• Liaise with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client fails
• Investigate and resolve breaks
• Operate as the single point of contact and help the Hedge Fund or asset Manager navigate the bank
• Have a thorough understanding of the assigned accounts' requirements
