Job Description

  • Create and manage detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 from early planning through final completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align sequencing, timelines, and key milestones across all phases of work.
  • Analyze critical paths and proactively identify potential scheduling risks, especially for complex or high-priority systems.
  • Monitor progress against original schedules and help implement recovery strategies when delays arise.
  • Deliver regular schedule updates, reports, and forecasts to keep teams and stakeholders informed and on track.

The Successful Applicant

  • Background working with a major general contractor on highly complex, large-scale projects such as mission-critical facilities or data centers
  • Advanced expertise using Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning
  • Deep knowledge of Lean scheduling methods and their application throughout all phases of a project
  • Demonstrated experience taking full ownership of project schedules across all scopes, rather than a single discipline
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with project managers, superintendents, designers, and trade partners to keep schedules aligned
  • Willingness to travel and be present on-site as project needs require
