They are continually adding new products to their portfolio year-over-year and need a go-getter Sr. Manager to take on all sourcing, planning, and production needs across the business!Job DescriptionSupply Chain Planning and Optimization: Drive operational excellence, enhancements and improvements using monthly KPI's to identify areas of opportunitiesManage the Supply and Production plan; Own and review the supply/demand balance to determine optimal production strategies and cadence.Identify process re-engineering and outsourcing opportunities to increase efficiencies and maximize spend opportunities; Identify cost savings opportunities across the entire supply chainDevelop and maintain Supply Chain KPIs in collaboration with cross-functional partnersEvaluate planning parameters and lead-times to establish more automated planning processesDevelop a strategic safety stock methodology to achieve a desired service level targetAssist Operations team to acquire and organize all pertinent product data (e.g. COA, testing results, vegan statements, Prop 65 documentation, nutrition panels, etc.)Assist in Creative Operations; liaise between the internal Creative team and print/component manufacturers to ensure artwork for production are correctManage monthly inventory reports identifying OOS, EXOBs and Expiration risksIdentify and execute continuous improvement opportunities from a Supply Chain and overall business perspective for cost savings, inventory reduction and supply chain efficienciesIssue and maintain POs within Netsuite ERP, and ensure visibility and alignment with suppliers on deliverables.Sourcing: Lead sourcing strategies through the entire supply chain, from raw materials to finished goodsSupport product development through identifying and sourcing key suppliers; audit and review their manufacturing processes through physical site inspection and staff interviews, manufacturing and quality audits.Develop supply management strategies by which vendors are evaluated, selected and managed in accordance with established guidelines and best practices (RFI/RFP, scorecards, performance metrics, escalation/response processes, etc.).Lead key strategic sourcing initiatives.
