Sr. Superintendent - Ground Up Construction

• Lead day‑to‑day on‑site operations for ground‑up construction projects
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics from mobilization through close‑out
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality
• Enforce safety standards and ensure site compliance with all OSHA and company requirements
• Conduct regular site meetings and communicate progress with project teams and stakeholders
• Review drawings and specifications to proactively identify and resolve constructability issues
• Track manpower, production rates, and field progress to meet schedule and budget goals
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and QA/QC processes
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff
