They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director/Senior Director of Business Development to expand their CMC business in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) territory.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the RTP territory.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the small molecule/API sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
