Job Description



  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.


  • Perform general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations.


  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.


  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes and assist with audit preparation.


  • Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.


  • Assist with inventory accounting and cost analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and inventory valuation.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurately recorded and reported.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


  • 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the distribution, retail, or manufacturing industries.
  • CPA & time spent in public accounting ++


  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.


  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.


  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
