Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely reporting.
  • Analyze and report on financial data to support decision-making processes.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial documentation.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Staff Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
