Staff Accountant

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Analyze project costs and provide detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts specific to construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to review financial performance and projections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes for construction-related accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Assist in audits and provide documentation as required.
