Staff Accountant

• Staff accounting with a focus in revenue
• AP/AR functions, month end processing and close, GL entries
• Overseeing the portfolio of recoverable expenses
• Managing project master data in the general ledger and project systems
• Preparing detailed revenue support documentation for auditors
• Drafting real-time fee split notes for management review
• Settling advisory fees and expenses with affiliates
• Recording invoices and preparing aged receivables reconciliations
• Coordinating with bankers to track client payment status
