Staff Accountant

Ongoing review of activity for restaurants ensuring proper expense coding, accurate flash reporting, etc.
· Key point of contact with GMs of restaurants for any financial questions.
· Sales reconciliation, credit card reconciliation and delivery platform reconciliation
· Accounts Payable
· Monthly analysis and review of activity to determine necessary accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses and
understanding of restaurant performance.
· Monthly Bank reconciliation.
· Monthly balance sheet reconciliations with any necessary adjustments.
· Weekly & Monthly reporting including income statement and balance sheet
· Monthly closing
· Special projects as the arise.
· Accounting Software: Compeat and Restaurant R365 (a plus).
