Description

Managing invoice processes for Wholesale customers
Prepare month-end journal entries; cash transactions, accounts receivable, fixed assets, prepaid expenses & accrued expenses
Work proactively with procurement and management teams
Handle account reconciliations for monthly & quarterly review
Assist in performing revenue/COGs analysis for monthly close

The Successful Applicant

Ability to start a new role ASAP
Interest in working a contracted to permanent role
Must be able to work East Coast hours
Must be able to work fully remote
3-6 years Staff Accounting experience
NetSuite experience highly preferred
Proficient in Excel
Must have experience within Consumer Goods industry
Must have inventory accounting experience
Ability to be proactive, self-starter, comfortable working in a start-up organization
