  • Take ownership, and improve existing dynamic, detailed and scalable financial and operational models, including our five-year long-range plan, driven by key financial and operational metrics to facilitate scenario analysis
  • Create executive level presentations for the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team and External Investors to facilitate management discussion and analysis of key financial and business performance indicators, convey data driven insights and recommendations for better decision making
  • Ability to create, implement and manage ROI models and OKRs for key strategic initiatives to provide visibility and accountability to ensure resources (financial and people) are prioritized and directed appropriately
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand quantitative and qualitative drivers to financial and strategic evaluation
  • Support any future capital raises and M&A via production of forecasts, valuations, presentations, and responding to due diligence requests
  • Project manage due diligence lists and oversee data rooms in an efficient and organized manner
  • Keep track of industry data and financial performance of publicly traded peers and draw parallels to our business to help inform forecasts and decisions
  • Evaluate TAM, revenue and profit opportunity for new products as well as services
  • Complete in-depth analyses of our various businesses and develop a deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities
  • Partner to develop monthly/quarterly forecasts and budgets
  • Create and maintain unit economic frameworks to evaluate the ROI of various products, features and business strategies and guide team decision-making
  • Take ownership of project management of special strategic finance projects

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or strategic finance at a high-growth startup
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills and a proven track record of creating complex valuation models that have been used to influence executive-level decisions
  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint with formal presentation building experience is a must
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present concepts, recommendations and analyses to management in a clear, concise and actionable manner
  • Proactive and self-motivated to solve problems
  • Comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and ambiguity
  • Ability to work well and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
