Strategic Finance Manager

• Manage month-end close process for both Corporate and Global Agency Group and other business units managed by corporate team, including shared services
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements/footnotes + monthly/quarterly internal financial statements for bank reporting
• Develop Monthly Budget reports in Visual for Actual vs. Budget and identify variances
• Develop and improve, as well as document where necessary, business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls, including balance sheet account reconciliations and journal entry reviews
• Oversee global consolidation process
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance as they become relevant for the business
• Manage outsourced accounting functions for (A/P, GL)
