Strategic Sourcing Director (Wind Turbine)

The main responsibilites are:

• Establish the sourcing strategy for owner-furnished wind turbine equipment
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with the major OEMs, managing multi-year and multi-project framework agreements
• Oversee the procure-to-pay process for owner-furnished wind turbine equipment including vendor qualification and on-boarding
• Develop and maintain forward-looking technology and cost projections for owner-furnished wind turbine
• Perform as an expert in technology and procurement strategies and support the business in providing market knowledge to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate the risk of geopolitical and regulatory factors that impact the supply chain and develop mitigation and/or contingency procurement strategies
