Job Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of structural concrete shell projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and quality control for high-rise multifamily shell construction.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and efficiency.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with Florida building codes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively.
  • Communicate with developers, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in structural concrete construction, preferably with high-rise multifamily projects.
  • Strong knowledge of formwork, post-tensioning, and reinforced concrete structures.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
  • Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management software.
  • Effective problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to handle fast-paced environments.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
