The company fosters a collaborative culture and emphasizes employee growth and development.Job DescriptionOversee all on-site structural work for multifamily residential projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes.Manage daily construction activities, resolve on-site challenges, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.Ensure proper coordination and sequencing of structural trades, including concrete formwork, rebar placement, and pours.Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and labor usage.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
