Job Description

  • Monitor and ensure cleanliness of the Studio.
  • Partake in the stationary ordering, negotiating price, quality inspection, and delivery process which includes approving invoices for final approval by the Studio Chair.
  • Provide Executive Assistant support to Principals (Shareholders).
  • Maintain and update emergency procedures.
  • Coordinate POD Performance Reviews, scheduling individual reviews in Outlook.
  • Oversee travel and accommodation bookings for the Studio.
  • Assist with monthly financial reconciliations
