  • Manage the local business units Subcontractor Prequalification Minimum Operating Procedures
  • Monitor and review Prequalification workflow's
  • Subcontractor onboarding to obtain all necessary documentation required for my clients prequalification process
  • Provide support to subcontractors in completing their prequalification via CMiC self-service questionnaire, Prequalification Platform
  • Review submitted prequalification documents and questionnaire for accuracy and/or deficiencies
  • Assess and analyze Financial, Safety and Insurance documents submitted via the self-service questionnaire
  • Assign Single and Aggregate limits via clients scorecard
  • Assess risk and apply proper risk mitigation techniques
  • Communicate prequalification concerns to Corporate Risk Management and project teams
  • Prepare Exception reports for approval and sign off by senior management
  • Monitor subcontractor's prequalification limits, approval status, and adherence to any risk mitigation plans
  • Meet with the Purchasing/Estimating and Finance to review master bid list, prequalification status, financial and compliance holds

The Successful Applicant


  • Actively involved in construction and/or surety industry is preferred
  • Two to three years of experience in finance, constructions accounting, insurance, risk management, or related field
  • Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, risk management, or related fields
