Committed to growth and innovation, we balance industry expertise with a personalized, hands-on approach to every project.Job DescriptionLead all phases of substation projects, from planning and design to construction and commissioningManage projects spanning 13.8kV-345kV, including distribution and transmission substationsCoordinate engineering teams for protection & controls, SCADA, and electrical designDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plansOversee procurement and delivery of major equipment (transformers, switchgear, breakers, relays)Ensure compliance with safety, permitting, environmental, and utility standardsCollaborate with clients, utilities, and contractors to resolve technical and logistical challengesReview and approve construction drawings, schematics, and project documentationSupport outage planning, site inspections, and commissioning activitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
