Superintendent & #2 Superintendent - Multifamily - Boston

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project objectives are met.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve construction issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
