Superintendent - Affordable Housing Developments

• Manage daily on-site operations to ensure NYCHA construction projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Resolve on-site issues and address any unforeseen challenges that arise during construction.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams to achieve project goals.
