Job Description

Responsibilities (Level Dependent)

Oversee daily field operations from project start through closeout
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
Coordinate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams
Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or cost
Maintain project documentation, reports, and look-ahead schedules
