The firm offers a competitive salary, a 401K plan, a comprehensive benefits package, and a great work-life balance and culture.Job DescriptionThe Construction Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of a variety of projects, including base buildings, tenant fit-outs, and building renovations. They collaborate closely with the Project Management team from the project's inception to its completion. Key responsibilities include supervising labor and subcontractors, coordinating activities, scheduling, purchasing, ensuring safety, maintaining quality control, and managing client relations.
