• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to streamline operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all local and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Oversee material deliveries and inventory to avoid project delays.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing site activities and progress.
