Job Description

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with all construction codes and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and promptly resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients by providing consistent updates on project progress.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
  • Oversee the execution of Class A and interior construction standards.
