Job Description



  • Lead all on-site construction activities for high-end clubhouse projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget


  • Coordinate daily with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors


  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure quality and code compliance


  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site


  • Hold daily safety and coordination meetings with trade partners


  • Track project progress, materials, and inspections using digital tools and reporting systems


  • Communicate proactively with clients, developers, and design teams

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience, with a proven track record on luxury clubhouse or amenity-focused projects


  • Strong knowledge of all phases of ground-up construction


  • Familiarity with South Florida building codes, permitting processes, and inspection protocols


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills


  • Proficient with scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar)


  • Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards


  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
