Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • Oversee material procurement and inventory management for project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
