Superintendent - Colorado Springs

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues that may arise during construction.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to align construction activities with project goals.
